 The name of this film is Despicable Me. The main characters are Gru, Margo, Edith, Agnes, and the Minions. Gru is the villain at first. The film happens in a suburban neighborhood and various secret locations around the world. Gru has  planed to steal the moon for a long time, but he failed in the end.
